Shed Features

Free Onsite Installation

You wont have to worry about taking down fences or having trucks drive over your lawn. We hand carry all shed materials in through your gate.

Solid Foundation

We level your shed on treated 4x4 posts making sure the base does not directly come in contact with the ground. This ensures years of service without rot or insect damage.

Sturdy & Firm Floor

We use 2x6 floor joist and 3/4 plywood in all our sheds floors to provide a heavy duty, firm-feeling floor and added load bearing capacity.

Locking Doors and

Working Windows

Our sheds come standard with a locking door handle (keys provided) and sliding windows with a screen to keep bugs out.

30-Year Architectural Shingles

Long-lasting, good looking. We offer a choice of five popular shingle colors to choose from.

No-Maintenance

Siding and Trim

LP Smartside Panels and White PVC Trim means no rot ever, and Benjamin Moore paint means deep colors for years.

Sheds up to 80sq ft include one window. Sheds over 80sq ft include two windows.

Flower Boxes and Shutters

Price: $50 each

Vinyl flower boxes and shutters are available in white, black, green, maroon, or blue. $50/each flower box and $50/pair shutters.

Workbench - 24" Deep

Price: $12/linear foot

Our work bench runs the full width of the shed and is 24" deep. Perfect for a potting bench or tool bench. It also can be used as a nice storage shelf for boxes.

Loft - 32" Deep

Price: $15/linear foot

Our storage loft runs the full width of the shed and is 32" deep. It is a great way to save floor space. Use it for bulky items like patio cushions or umbrellas.

Heavy Duty Ramp

Price: $180

If you have a ride on mower or snow blower then you will want this ramp. We build them to withstand heavy loads.

Extra Set of Doors

Price: $350 for double doors

Price: $250 for single doors

You Might want to add extra doors for easier access into the shed.

Custom Painting

Price: $3/sq. ft. ($250 minimum)

We offer custom painting of your sheds. If you would like different color than the standard tan. We use Benjamin Moore Premium Paint.

Increased Wall Height

Price: Free - 6.5 ft walls

Price: $3/sq. ft. - 7 ft walls

Walls come standard at 6.5 ft tall. Optionally upgrade to 7 or 8 ft walls for greater storage and headspace.

Custom Dormer Roof

Price: $14/shed sq. ft.

A dormer can add charm to larger sheds. The dormer roof option can be added to shed 10 or 12ft wide. You can gain tons of extra storage with the increased taller roof pitch.

Transom Window Doors

Price: $240

Add some character to your shed doors by with inset transom windows. Although very attractive, they also add needed light into the shed.
